Freely scalable and highly dynamic.
Through the interaction of the CARRIER, COMPACT SHUTTLE and LIFT previously unknown handling capacities are achieved – and in confined spaces. Flexible thanks to high rated loads of up to 1,500 kg and free mobility across all levels. Due to the integrated control, it can be expanded by additional elements at any time. Perfect in combination with the new high-performance conveyor system MONOFLEX.
The newly developed vehicle called RAIL CART runs on floor installed two-rail system.
The rail system is made of anodized aluminum. This is not only easy to install, but also robust. Narrow radii of 1.5 m allow maximum use of space. The distribution switch with switching times of only approx. 2 seconds ensure high throughput.
The DAMBACH transport cart is not only extremely compact, but also very light. In combination with inductive energy transfer and power caps as energy storage, the energy requirement is significantly reduced. Thanks to the short vehicle length, several vehicles can be used simultaneously at the transfer points, even in the smallest of spaces.
The integrated control and optional head control make the system flexible for customers.

Depending on the power requirement, the DAMBACH CARRIER in the MULTIFLEX SYSTEM can supply several levels. Thanks to the rapid transfer using vertical conveyors, optimal use of space is achieved even with less throughput. Retrofittable CARRIER and COMPACT SHUTTLE enable an increase in performance at any time. Flexible and scalable - can also be retrofitted to existing warehouses of low overall height.

Thanks to the standardized telescope set, DAMBACH can offer a wide variety of telescopes. Application in deep freeze environments is possible without any problems.

The DAMBACH box grabber is ideal for a variety of different box sizes.
Up to 5 gripping fingers enable fast up to four times deep storage and retrieval. Coated motor rolls and adjustable side panels enable the safe and reliable handling of different container and box sizes. Up to 100 kg rated load and the handling of up to 4 loads at the same time make the DAMBACH box grabber versatile. Thanks to its lightweight construction and integrated drives, the DAMBACH box grabber is not only light, but also very compact. Powerful servo motors with integrated control predestine the box grabber for dynamic load handling. The unconditionally freezer-capable design also makes the box grabber universally applicable.
